专家:辽宁舰舰载机全是氮化镓雷达

近日,有专家指出,中国海军辽宁舰搭载的舰载机已全面配备氮化镓(GaN)有源相控阵雷达。这一说法引发广泛关注。需要澄清的是,目前辽宁舰主要搭载的歼-15舰载战斗机仍使用传统的砷化镓(GaAs)雷达技术,尚未全面换装氮化镓雷达。不过,中国在氮化镓雷达技术方面确实取得了显著进展。氮化镓材料具有更高的功率密度、更优的热稳定性和更强的抗干扰能力,适用于新一代高性能机载雷达系统。据公开资料,中国后续型号的舰载机,如歼-15D电子战型或未来的歼-35隐身舰载机,很可能已集成氮化镓雷达。因此,所谓“辽宁舰舰载机全是氮化镓雷达”的说法虽不完全准确,但反映了中国海军航空装备正在加速向先进电子技术转型的趋势。未来随着新型舰载机批量服役,辽宁舰乃至国产航母编队的整体作战能力将显著提升。

Recently, some experts claimed that all carrier-based aircraft aboard China’s Liaoning aircraft carrier are now equipped with gallium nitride (GaN) active electronically scanned array (AESA) radars. This statement has drawn considerable attention. However, it should be clarified that the primary fighter currently operating from the Liaoning, the J-15, still uses conventional gallium arsenide (GaAs)-based radar technology and has not yet been fully upgraded to GaN systems. That said, China has indeed made significant progress in GaN radar technology. Gallium nitride offers higher power density, better thermal stability, and stronger resistance to electronic interference, making it ideal for next-generation airborne radar systems. Open-source reports suggest that newer variants—such as the J-15D electronic warfare version or the upcoming stealthy J-35 carrier-based fighter—are likely already integrating GaN radars. Therefore, while the claim that ‘all Liaoning carrier-based aircraft use GaN radars’ is not entirely accurate, it does reflect the broader trend of China’s naval aviation rapidly adopting advanced electronic technologies. As these new-generation aircraft enter mass service, the combat capabilities of China’s carrier strike groups, including the Liaoning, are expected to significantly improve.
