He now faces license revocation and potential criminal liability. In another incident, a car failed to yield to pedestrians at a crosswalk and was captured by electronic surveillance, resulting in legal penalties. Additional violations included an electric scooter carrying an adult passenger and riders running red lights or traveling against traffic.Chengdu traffic police emphasized their commitment to intensifying enforcement through a combination of technological monitoring and on-site patrols. They also urged all residents to voluntarily comply with traffic laws, abandon unsafe habits, and jointly safeguard urban road safety and order.
