Delays or reductions in subsidy approvals can severely impact their cash flow.Experts recommend streamlining the subsidy disbursement mechanism—such as implementing direct payments to enterprises or shortening approval and payout timelines—to minimize capital strain on dealers. Enhanced fiscal fund management and oversight are also crucial to ensure policy benefits effectively reach end-market participants, achieving a win-win outcome of boosting consumption and stabilizing business operations.
