In January 2024, the Changsha Intermediate People’s Court held its first enforcement payment distribution event of the new year, disbursing a total of RMB 28.6 million to 32 successful claimants. This event is a key measure by Changsha courts to implement the Supreme People’s Court’s directive to ‘effectively address enforcement difficulties.’ By concentrating payments and ensuring transparency, the court aims to strengthen public trust in judicial fairness and efficiency. At the event, several plaintiffs received long-overdue funds, including construction payments, wages, and compensation. Some business representatives noted that the timely disbursement significantly eased their operational pressures and supported production recovery. According to court officials, Changsha courts concluded over 52,000 enforcement cases in 2023, recovering more than RMB 8 billion. In 2024, they plan to intensify enforcement efforts, enhance credit-based penalties, and improve asset-tracing mechanisms to foster a trustworthy society and a law-based business environment.
2024年1月，长沙市中级人民法院举行新年首场执行兑现大会，集中向32名申请执行人发放执行案款共计2860万元。此次兑现大会是长沙法院深入贯彻落实最高人民法院关于‘切实解决执行难’部署要求的重要举措，旨在通过集中兑付、公开透明的方式，增强人民群众对司法公正与效率的获得感和信任感。活动现场，多位胜诉当事人现场领取了拖欠多年的工程款、工资款及赔偿金等，部分企业代表表示，这笔资金及时缓解了经营压力，对恢复生产具有重要意义。长沙中院相关负责人表示，2023年全市法院共执结案件5.2万余件，执行到位金额超80亿元，2024年将继续加大执行力度，强化信用惩戒与财产查控机制，推动构建诚信社会和法治化营商环境。
