The Ministry emphasized that such controls will adhere to principles of fairness, impartiality, and non-discrimination, and will not disrupt legitimate and compliant trade activities. China also calls on all parties to jointly maintain the stability of global industrial and supply chains and avoid politicizing economic and trade issues. Going forward, China will continue refining its export control system to balance security and development, promoting a more equitable and rational international economic order.
