As the world’s largest producer and exporter of rare earths, China has long contributed significantly to global supply chain stability. Chinese authorities emphasized that its export management policies remain fair, impartial, and transparent, and that rare earths will not be used as a geopolitical tool.Experts note that global supply chains currently face multiple challenges, and countries should enhance communication and cooperation to jointly safeguard industrial chain security and stability. China expressed its willingness to work with Japan and other nations on the basis of mutual respect, equality, and mutual benefit to promote the sustainable development of the rare earth industry and related sectors.
